If you are not entirely happy, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is designed to make things right.
Our Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the date you received them. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf-balls (if removed from original packaging)
- Golf-gloves
- Any other personal use items where the hygiene seal is broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the processing of your exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
After we approve your return:
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, please clearly state the item you wish to exchange for. We will process the exchange as soon as the original item is received and inspected.
