Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Golf Balls (if removed from the original packaging)
  • Golf Gloves
  • Any personal use items with broken hygiene seals

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship anything without an RMA.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to:

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

After we approve your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the product and variant you wish to exchange for. We will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
