Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to health and safety considerations, the following products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned once opened:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation but confirms we have received your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on your location. By placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring the products can be legally imported to your destination country.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
• The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Hygiene-sensitive items (as described in Section 2) are final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and product details
3. Wait for our instructions and Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
